Privacy
A private record, or it is worth nothing.
This page explains, in plain language, how Custody Ninja handles the most sensitive file you own.
Who can see your vault
Only you, and anyone you deliberately give a share link to. The other parent has no account, receives no notification, and cannot request access. There is no shared thread, no visible activity feed, and no mutual calendar.
What we store
The records you create: profile details, children's first names, jurisdiction, schedule template, calendar entries, journal entries, imported messages, expenses, documents, binders, violations, packets and AI conversations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, advertise against it, or use the contents of your vault to train public models. We do not contact the other parent, their counsel, or any court on your behalf.
Children's information
We ask for first names only. Do not store full legal names, school identifiers, or medical record numbers unless you need them for a filing.
Export and deletion
You can export the full vault as JSON from Settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your records. Exports you have already downloaded remain on your own devices and are your responsibility.
Sharing with counsel
Share links on War Room expose only the binder or packet you select. You can revoke a link, after which it stops resolving.
Security posture
Records are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to your account. No system is perfect; keep local copies of anything critical to a filing.
