Terms of use.
Plain terms for a serious tool. Read section one carefully: Custody Ninja documents, it does not advise.
1. What this service is
Custody Ninja is software for organizing your own records. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing produced by the app, including AI output, is a legal opinion or a prediction of any outcome.
2. Your responsibility for accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for anything you file, send or share. Review every packet, chronology and exported document before use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Custody Ninja to harass, surveil unlawfully, or record communications in violation of the law where you live. Do not upload material you have no right to possess.
4. Accounts
One account belongs to one parent. You may not create an account on behalf of another adult or share credentials with the other parent in your case.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Charges already incurred are not prorated.
6. AI features
AI output is generated from your own records and general drafting structure. It may be incomplete or wrong. It never constitutes legal advice, a diagnosis, or a finding about any person.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Keep your own exported copies of anything a deadline depends on.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your records are removed from active systems.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custody Ninja is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any litigation outcome, arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
